Chief Operating Officer

Amy has been with Smith Dawson & Andrews for over 20 years and brings to the firm a wealth of experience in business operations and leadership. Amy’s responsibilities include financial management & planning, accounting, legal & regulatory compliance, contract management, real estate matters, HR, benefits administration, marketing, and information technology. In addition, Amy has a strong familiarity with campaign finance and ethics law.

Before joining Smith Dawson & Andrews, Amy worked as Payroll Administrator/Accountant at Trane Technologies Inc. and Business Manager at Merrill Gardens Assisted Living Facility.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University in Ohio and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
